Automatic laser drawing and Cutting machine includes two imported drawing heads and four laser cutting heads. It Reduces one process of shoe production line, extremely improving work efficiency

1.Automatic feeder working table. After the automatic line drawing of the vamp is completed, the machine will automatically cut the pieces, then receiving by worker; usually one worker can operate 2 machines easily

2.High automation level. Worker only needs to place the material roll on the machine, software will make pattern automatically, then carry out high-speed line drawing, precise laser cutting with feeding automatically.

3.Variety of inks.The ink is customized with an exclusive for mula, the color will disappear if the temperature higher than 60 ℃ and show again if it is lower than -10℃. There are a variety of inks for choosing, such as high-temperature soluble ink, water-soluble ink, fluorescent ink, and long-lasting ink etc.

4.Servo motor. Both spray valves from German with servo motor ensure efficient drawing speed and ink jet evenly
